Friendship turned into relationship?

Well basically I was friends with this girl for about three years and at the end of secondary school I had my debs (or prom or whatever you wanna call it ) and decided to ask her to go with me. From then on we started meeting up more and more until one day I realized I actually fancied her. So I was lucky enough that she felt the same way and we've been dating for about three months now but i'm not sure how to deal with the relationship and how fast it should go. since we were friends for so long already I feel like I know her very well and have no issues with intimacy and telling her stuff but i'm scared that she might get scared if i moved too fast for her... Help??? :S
